Kindergarten and Elementary Schools
The girls' education begins at a tender age. Hundreds of students, in 4 kindergarten classes and 8 grades of the elementary school, receive a comprehensive elementary education that provides them with all they need to develop into true bas Yisroel. Teachers, educators,counselors, and kindergarten instructors, the most experienced in the educational field, give the students high-level classes on Halacha (Jewish law), a life-style of Torah and mitzvoth, Jewish history, ethics, and general subjects. The afternoons are dedicated to enriched activities covering a variety of subjects to expand their horizons. Additionally, there is a social club in the afternoons which provides various activities, led by counselors who are high school students. The school leaves its special stamp on the general atmosphere of the Kirya, The polite behavior of the girls is a noted fact. It is apparent that, in conjunction with a strong academic curriculum, they are receiving an excellent education in acquiring good character traits, etiquette, and refined manners as is befitting a Jewish daughter raised in Kiryat Sanz.
Beit Chana High School and Seminary Eduational Center.
The pride and pinnacle of the girls’ educational institutions is the "Beit Chana Girls Educational Center. The high school and seminary are located in beautiful buildings, containing airy classrooms, spacious lecture halls, library auxiliary rooms, a well-equipped exercise room, etc., all with the goal of providing a pleasant and comfortable learning experience. Despite the crammed schedule of secular studies, a considerable number of classes are dedicated to various Torah-related subjects. Many classes are given on topics related to education, proper behavior of a bas Yisroel, modesty, and laws that prepare the girls for their mission as future Jewish women and mothers. The girls see live role models in the form of their teachers and educators. These are experienced teachers, with a large number of them being graduates of the school. Most of them are wives of the Kollel students. In the high school and adjacent seminary the students acquire expertise in a number of study programs according to their preference. Amongst the study programs that are currently offered are: Teachers and kindergarten instructors, Academics, Nursing, Computers, Home Economics, Bookkeeping, Design and Sewing.
The students are comprised of girls from the Kirya and from all over the Country, who while being in contact with the girls of Kiryat Sanz, absorb the atmosphere of the Kirya and its education in yiras shamayim and good character traits. A dormitory exists for the benefit of the students who come from out of town which includes about 30 rooms, and is decked out with the most modern furnishings for the comfort of the girls, as well as a large kitchen and dining area. In the center of the new high school building, a large "amphitheatre" has been constructed for the students’ assemblies and as a place to rest during breaks. On the same campus is the beautiful and impressive auditorium which was built with a special architectural design and includes: a large hall for assemblies and plays, 480 seats, activity rooms, a library and auxiliary rooms.
